Training Evaluations and Feedback
Regular feedback about performance is critical to maintaining a high standard of training. All participants have the option of completing an anonymous post-training satisfaction survey, an opportunity to share both positive and negative impressions. No MI training is perfect, but without feedback and reflection, it may lose its ability to facilitate learning at an optimal level. Data from these surveys are actively used to inform future training design and implementation.
