I’m excited to announce that Hungarian and Arabic translations of A Happier You are due out late spring 2022 from Oriold & Co. and Jarir Bookstore. Many thanks to Karoly for Oriold, Tony from Jarir, and Dorothy and Katie from New Harbinger for making this possible!
I am grateful to the counseling department, staff, and 9th grade students at Villa Maria Academy High School for making the Building Habits of Happiness workshop today such a success. I was so impressed by the students’ enthusiasm, courage, and kindness as we explored the 7 practices from A Happier You. From sharing strengths to getting in touch with gratitude, the level of positive energy in the auditorium was off the charts! VMA is a school that truly cares about well-being. Special thanks to Sally Jeffries for creating this opportunity.
